With over twenty-five years of combined experience in the real estate industry, Colby and Karl joined forces 10 years ago to create a singular, boutique real estate service for the Huon Valley.
Today, The Property Culture is a team of five who are passionate about providing people with an experience that is genuine and focusses on the importance of relationships. We draw on our extensive knowledge of the area, as well as our significant network, to bring our clients the best real estate experience in the Huon Valley.

We’re locals to the Huon Valley. Our founder, Colby, grew up here and has maintained deep connections within the community, while Karl and his family have lived here for over 17 years. These ties to the community mean we know and truly care about the people we deal with.
