Beyond advertising your property, we take care of all tenant enquiries, conduct diligent selection of suitable candidates, organise lease agreements, conduct on-going inspections, and collect the rental income on your behalf. These tasks help keep your engagement as a landlord minimal and the rental process smooth.
As your property manager, we'll take care of:
- The collation of all rental applications and presenting you with suitable candidates.
- The collection and disbursement of rental income, including arrears management (the following up of outstanding owed money) through the seamless platform, Managed.
- The management of outgoing invoices, such as council rates.
- Regular rental reviews, which occur on a 12-monthly basis.
- Bonds, ensuring they are paid and claimed appropriately.
- Routine inspections, including both ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- The organisation of annual electrical safety checks and smoke alarm inspection.
- Providing professional property advice.
