Colby Baukham

Colby has always had a love for adventure - whether it’s a road trip around Tasmania or exploring far-off destinations. For her, there’s something special about the excitement of packing a suitcase and setting off on a journey. But no matter how far she travels, the best part is always coming home to the Huon Valley.

This connection to home is something that has always been for Colby. Growing up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, her parents instilled in her a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. Yet, the most comforting moment was always pulling into the driveway, ready to settle back into the familiar embrace of home.

When Colby and her family first visited Tasmania, it was for Christmas in 2001. The fresh air, small-town charm, and slower pace were a welcome contrast to city life. A year later, they made the Huon Valley their home, settling in a small timber house in Wattle Grove - a place they have cherished for almost a decade.

Like many in the real estate industry, Colby’s path to becoming an agent wasn’t planned, but it quickly became a passion. She discovered that real estate is about far more than just properties, it’s about people. Every home holds a story, whether it’s the family dog’s favourite sunny spot, the height marks on the doorframe, or the afternoons spent planning a dream build. That’s why Colby founded The Property Culture - to celebrate these moments and help others create their own.

Understanding that a home is more than just a house, Colby takes pride in helping clients navigate their next chapter, whether they’re selling a beloved space or searching for a new one. At The Property Culture, she leads a team that values the meaning of home and is dedicated to making every property journey a positive and personal experience.
